Superbe et original ! La robe paille du vin appelle un nez sur des notes abricotées, d’oranges amères, de miel et d’épices douces. La bouche s’ouvre sur des arômes d’agrumes et de poire, elle finit sur une note discrète de buis. Côté accord, le vin nous emmène de l’apéritif à la fin du repas : tapas, curry doux de lentilles corail, gratin d’aubergines, langoustine au beurre blanc, canard à l’orange, filet mignon de porc, fromages à pâte persillée, tarte aux pommes, ananas caramélisé…Quantités limitées.
