« Orgie Silencieuse » est la cuvée équinoxe du printemps 2021, une édition ultra-limitée née de notre envie de proposer un Chablis en levures indigènes et sans soufre ajouté, chose rare dans cette région septentrionale au climat continental. La robe or du vin appelle un nez sur des notes éclatantes de citron mûr et d’iode. La minéralité du vin s’exprime déjà au nez, nous emmenant sur une bouche velours aux arômes de citronnelle, de pêche, d’abricot, d’agrumes, tout en allonge délicate et fraîche.
